Both the Doctor of Business Administration and PhD have as a general aim of provision of an academically rigorous education designed to develop skills, expertise, knowledge, and vision to enable students, whatever their chosen route, to be critical, analytical, and creative. The program aims to provide opportunities for self-development in relation to career enhancement and as life-long learners.
This program intends to allow the individual student to develop their potential through a carefully selected curriculum of study, which includes elements of a variety of methods of study orientated around both the academic and vocational axis.

The university requires evidence of an earned Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or Administration. Other disciplines may be acceptable and shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Further, the applicant must possess an earned Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with at least 30 graduate-level semester credits. Applicants with a Master’s Degree, but not in Business Administration, Management, or related field, must take prerequisite courses. All degrees must be earned at an appropriately accredited institution or foreign equivalent.
